I purchesed this home brand new six months later this is what was found this case was never heard in court because the first attorny who was also the closing attorny withdrew as council and did not file my awnsers to admissions so the case was dismissed after seeing severl attornys I had to pay a fee of $100 to $150 just to look at paper work and told me they could not take the case i then found an attorny that charge me a $150 to copy file and $2,000 to take the case then a motion sixty and then told me i have no case this home was under warrenty I had to hire a engineer who tells me that the yard could sink it will not hold the water this home was not in a flood zone they tell me i need at least 40 loads of landfill and a french drain this builder took advantage of me and I belive the city is covering it up i put flyers up asking for free landfill and there taken down i have called everyone from city to fema and united way no one will help please help me out I flood every time it rains and my yard is sinking and my foundation is cracking i cannot find legal assistence it was dismissed from court april 27 of 09 so if i can't get it back into court the only thing i can hope for is for someone to help me with the landfill please im scared plese any body if u read this please help me  saaaaaa
